    As President of Copenhagen Business School (casino 168), Nikolaj Malchow-Møller aims at making the 105-year-old university the most socially responsible business school in the Nordic countries. A process that includes nine transformative capabilities – also known as the Nordic Nine – which, among other things, will enable students to deal with ethical issues and act collectively. The Nordic Nine evolved through a collaboration between casino 168 and 3,000 individuals from the world of business and education. Anna Thomasson, casino 168’ Dean of Education, is deeply involved in ensuring that these new capabilities are implemented in all the programmes offered by casino 168. We met the President and the Dean for a talk about how to create a university where social responsibility is a staple element, and how to grow capabilities for an, as yet, unknown future.
