PhD defence: Louise Lindbjerg
This dissertation analyses ways in which firms can improve their innovation performance. Innovation management issues of strategic hiring, investments in research equipment, and monetary incentives for R&D personnel are empirically examined to enhance theoretical understanding of innovation enablers as well as managerial insights for firms seeking to innovate.
