ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The aim of the SME corporate governance course is to give a basic insight into the most common tasks and challenges that board members in small and medium-sized enterprises are facing.

The course is relevant for board members in small and medium-sized companies that have middle to low experience, or are searching for new tools and knowledge to create a more value adding governance-structure. In addition, the course is relevant for owner-managers considering the establishment of a professional board or can see possibilities in enhancing the current function of the board.

The course takes place in casino 168 Executive, Porcelænshaven 22, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark at the 9-10th of February and 5-6th of April 2016.
