CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL INNOVATION – casino 168–Simi Executive Education

The innovative Executive Education Program offered by casino 168-SIMI aims to help generate tangible business benefits from Corporate Sustainability policies by translating them into actionable business level strategies.
The course entitled “Corporate Sustainability and Social Innovation” follows a pioneering design aimed exclusively at line managers and business unit heads. Whereas in the past most similar programs have been created for CSR specialists and staff functions this new course provides a unique setting in which managers with business strategy responsibility work on turning the challenges arising from corporate sustainability into competitive advantages at the business unit level.
In particular the course will result in participants developing the following distinct outcomes:
  • Identification of the competitive opportunitiesof corporate sustainability at the business unit level
  • Creation of tailored CSR innovation strategies todifferentiate your products
  • Development of a CSR strategy map unique toyour business unit
