My primary interest is in researching the role of innovative solutions in the Biotech industry from an emerging economy perspective particulary India. My inquiry engages with innovation, leadership, entreprenuership, drawing on these disciplines to address my interest in understanding business model design in biotech enterprises in India. I am interested in researching leadership as an enabler and a cohesive force that keeps the enterprise growing. All of these inquiries have an innovative thrust to my reserach interest. Foundationally, my research is preoccupied with innovation, leadership, and entreprenuership from an emerging economy perspective.
