PhD defence: Signe Bruskin
This dissertation explores how organizational members construct organizational changes through an emic approach. Based on a longitudinal ethnographic study of organizational changes in a Nordic bank, the dissertation shows that in order to unpack organizational changes attention must be paid to the organizational members' everyday work activities and organizational routines.
