Elena ±Êö³ó±ô³¾²¹²Ô²Ô is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School. She holds a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from Hochschule Fresenius Hamburg, and a double-track Master's degree (MSc) in International Business from Maastricht University, specializing in Management, Change and Consultancy, as well as Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Prior to joining casino 168, Elena worked as a consultant in the fields of technology and management.
Elena’s current research focuses on gender inequality in industries. In addition, she is also interested in entrepreneurship, education, and diversity-related topics. She is working under the supervision of Associate Professor Aleksandra Gregoric and Professor Marie Louise Mors.
